Rhondaful Wellness Co. LLC wasn't built because wellness sounded like a good business idea.

It was built after our CEO & Founder LaRhonda Galloway AAC, experienced more than eight years on the other side of the phone when people needed someone MOST.
 
For years, LaRhonda worked in crisis support, including 988 crisis services, 911 call diversion, crisis chat supervision, suicide risk assessment, de-escalation, safety planning, and follow-up support, speaking with individuals during some of the HARDEST, most vulnerable moments of their lives.
 
Those conversations taught her something she couldn't ignore:

People shouldn't have to reach a crisis before they have someone to talk to!
 
She knew all too well what it sounds like when someone finally reaches out after carrying everything alone.
And eventually, she asked herself:
 
What if we could reach people before they get to that point?
What if someone checked in before loneliness became isolation?
What if an overwhelmed caregiver had somewhere to unload for a moment?
What if a teen had another safe, supportive connection?
What if an older adult living alone knew someone would be calling?
What if an employee having a difficult day had somewhere to turn simply to talk?
What if someone receiving follow-up support didn't have to wonder whether anyone would check on them again?
